RANDY MCCLENDON KILLED ANGIE COLD HEARTED AND COLD BLOODED. HE HAS ADMITTED TO IT LAST WEEK TO HER MOTHER FOR THE SECOND TIME IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER. HIS MOTHER WAS KILLED WITH HIS GUN WHEN HE WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL. THERE WAS ANOTHER CASE OF A GIRL THE CAR FIT RANDY'S CAR DESCRIPTION STILL UNSOLVED, ANOTHER GIRL HE SHUT UP IN A ROOM AND TOLD HER HE WOULD KILL HER. LOTS OF UNSOLVED CASES IN JACKSON COUNTY. JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPT. DEPUTY GOOD COVER UP. BY THE WAY ANGIE WAS UNDER AGE WHEN HE PICKED HER OUT. AGAINST THE LAW I THINK SO. TOOK HER TO PARTIES. A MAN WROTE ABOUT IT IN A LOCAL NEWSPAPER, BUT OH HE'S DEAD TOO NOW. SOUNDS LIKE A SERIAL KILLER ON THE LOOSE. KEEP YOUR YOUNG CHILDREN AWAY TOO CHILD PORN WAS A SECRET ANGIE FOUND OUT ABOUT. SEEMS FUNNY HE DECIDED TO KILL HER. HE GOT OUT ON BOND AND WENT TO ARKANSAS, BUT THAT FAMILY DIDN'T WANT HIM THERE AFTERALL. SENT HIM BACK TO COCKLESHELL LN. POOR RANDY SOUNDS LIKE SUICIDE WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA FOR HIM OR LETHAL INJECTION.

He is indicted for Murder and is set to go to trial on February 25, 2008. The trial more than likely will not go due to the heavy docket and this is a "newer" case and only it's second setting.

Major R. R. Mcclendon used to be like a father to me but, not anymore. I always felt like there was a darkside to him. His mother supposedly shot herself in the head with his revolver when he was in his early 20's. What a suprise. But yet it is not being investigated.I will point that out in court. Good night.

I miss my daughter and my sister, major mcclendon always said we seemed like sisters, instead of Mother and Daughter. I have had to move away from Jackson County, I have had to at 62, start over with my life, in a twinkling of an eye, my life has been changed, so has my son's, and her honary sisters Kim and Lisa, major mcclendon was the only father he knew when he was growing up. I have been in the hospital because I can not cope with this tragedy and go on with my life, until the trial is over. It has been continued again, another let down. he is walking around free, and my daughter is dead. at least I know she is in HEAVEN, I was there when she was saved. We all make mistakes, I know I have made more than my share. Thank you'all so much for the nice words you said about her, please continue to pray for us.\

McClendon returns to Gautier

GAUTIER -- Randy McClendon, accused in the shooting death of his wife, is living in the house the couple once called home, according to her family members.
Angie McClendon was shot and killed on Oct. 12, 2006. Her husband, a former major of the Jackson County Adult Detention Center, is charged in connection with her death.
At McClendon's initial hearing, Gautier Judge Gary Roberts set bail at $100,000 and added two provisions. McClendon can reside in Arkansas with his brothers John McClendon and Donnie McClendon providing he makes all of his court appearances, and that he is to have no contact with his wife's family.
"He's back and in their home," said Penny Foreman, Angie McClendon's cousin. "And we're not sure what happened to her car. She loved that car and we don't know if he sold it, let it go back to the bank or what. He's just free and living his life."
Foreman said that McClendon has upheld the "no contact" condition, but the family has been told he spent about a month in Arkansas and then returned to Gautier.
Foreman said Angie McClendon's family appreciates the requirement for no contact, but they feel authorities investigating the case have left them "out of the loop."
"We don't know anything except hearsay," Foreman said. "We've just been told little bits and pieces of things. I know some things are rumors and that's to be expected. We just want to know what's actually happening."
Foreman said the family has been told by law enforcement officials that the case against McClendon has been closed and that he should appear before the grand jury any day.
Assistant District Attorney Bryce Wiggins said McClendon's appearance before the grand jury is undetermined at this time due to the ongoing murder investigation.
Wiggins also said the district attorney's office would not prosecute the case because McClendon's career with Jackson County law enforcement created a conflict of interest for the district attorney's office.
Wiggins said District Attorney Tony Lawrence filed a motion for a special prosecutor on Jan. 4 and local attorney Lee Young will take over the case.
Lt. Jason Pugh of the Gautier Police Department confirmed the investigation is continuing and said it will be presented to the grand jury when it's completed.
Foreman said Angie McClendon's family is concerned about the case because of McClendon's ties to law enforcement.
"They think he (Randy McClendon) has too many connections with the sheriff's department," Foreman said. "They don't trust anyone, and we are terrified that he's going to walk away from this."
Foreman said the family has even contacted Attorney General Jim Hood who told them the AG's office would keep an eye on the case, but unless there was some kind of wrongdoing, they would not insist on a change of venue.

[MS] WIFE-KILLER EX-MAJ. MCCLENDON - THE I-WAS-ABUSED DEFENSE?
[It's looking like former Jackson County Jail Warden Major Randy R. McClendon, who retired as warden of Jackson County Adult Detention Center in June will claim "nonviolent abuse" as his defense for murdering his wife Angelia. He's bailing out. Wouldn't want him to have to sit it out in a jail. No no.] ...Former Jackson County jail Warden Randy McClendon was expected to bond out of jail Monday night on a $100,000 bond set by Gautier Municipal Court Judge Gary Roberts. The judge also agreed to a provision that would allow McClendon to stay with family in Arkansas for a short time as long as he made all of his court appearances... Angelia McClendon's mother was overcome with grief after the hearing, openly crying while others consoled her and offered her water... Before court Monday, [McClendon's attorney Calvin] Taylor said much information would come out in court that would be a surprise. [MS] "TEARS FROM ANGIE MCCLENDON'S FAMILY AND FRIENDS ECHOED..."
Family members of a murdered Gautier woman say they already see signs of special treatment for the man accused of killing her... granted bond... "He came in a nice fresh haircut, freshly groomed, great outfit, dressed to the hilt, casually speaking. We expected him to be in a jail suit. He did not have handcuffs on, he didn't have shackles on. He committed murder. He took a life. He took a life and he walks in and is treated with more respect than everyone else in the room"... "If this trial takes place here, she will not get the justice she deserves.... He will go free. He's already free. Who gets to commit murder and travel out of state? He gets to go to Arkansas."... Tears from Angie McClendon's family and friends echoed throughout the room as Randy McClendon's bail was set at a $100,000... Angie McClendon's family was outraged by the bail setting. As they flooded the parking lot, Angie McClendon's mother, Joy Bailey, had to be carried, surrounded by police, to her vehicle"...

[MS] FAMILY OF DEPUTY'S SLAIN WIFE ANGELIA: WE'RE THE ONLY VOICE SHE HAS
..."He was treated this way because of his impeccable record. They made that very clear. He was entitled to bond because he'd served his community well and had an impeccable record. His impeccable record's not on trial here. He's on trial for the murder of his wife, not his record. His record, he destroyed when he pulled that trigger after having 30 years of law enforcement training being able to control his own vessel"... "Somebody has to speak out for her because he took her voice. We're the only voice she has. She can't speak up for herself. He made sure of that," Ford said...

Her face was all swollen... We were told she was shot in the heart at point blank range," she said... "I've never experienced anything like that. He's (Randy McClendon) got too many connections down here," Foreman said. "He could hold this up for years. Angie will get no justice in Jackson or Harrison County. We have to move it." Randy McClendon did not attend his wife's funeral, according to Foreman. Instead he arrived at the Heritage Funeral Home at 8 a.m. Tuesday morning and said a private goodbye...

ReplyDeleteAngie was a dear friend of mine. I met her at the youth court where I was an attorney. She was just a ball of sunshine. She could keep us laughing/smiling all day long, while we worked under such difficult circumstances. The youth court, the world, will never be the same without her. Not a day goes by that I don't think about her and wonder when they are going to finally lock Randy up. I can't imagine how Angie's family feels. PLEASE keep me updated on when his trial is, where - I want to go. I would so appreciate it. And, Angie's family, I am so very, very sorry for your loss.

My husband and I have been married for 20 years and have 2 kids, 17year old and a 7year old, we got married at a young age. I am constantly struggling with his addiction to drugs. When he is himself there is no better person that I would rather be with. But he is going trough his moments I just want to run and never look back, he doesn’t give me any emotional support and love. When I talk to him and tell him that I need more he tells me that I am loosing it and that I’m the reason he’s always upset and in a bad mood, we don’t laugh or have fun anymore. He calls me demanding and that I am trying to control him because I don’t trust him. It is very very hard to have trust in someone who doesn’t seem to care about you or the marriage anymore. We have gotten into a lot of bad arguments and at times it has become physical , mostly on my part. I truly deeply love and probably always will but I’m just tired of the life we live and I can’t seem to bring myself to walk away. He is a good guy and deserves the world. I thought that our marriage, love and family was enough for him. He doesn’t respect me anymore and well as I don’t respect him either. I needed help, but know one to help me, i thank Dr aluya for helping me,he is a real caster who can help you. email via address dr.aluyasolutiontemple@yahoo.com or call +2347064851317 you can also visit his website on Aluyasolutiontemple.webs.com i greatly appreciate you once again.
