ReplyDeleteDecember 15, 2011
The former commander of the Baxter County Sheriff's Office reserve program, has been sentenced on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge in Baxter County District Court. 41 year old Brian Keith Rowe is sentenced to 30 days in jail with time suspended on condition of good behavior. Rowe was also ordered to pay a fine of $250, plus costs.
The judge kept in effect an order of protection for the victim for another year, but allowed Rowe to petition to have his record expunged if he complies with court conditions through next August.
Rowe was charged with the misdemeanor in August of last year and entered a no contest plea a year ago. Rowe was terminated from the reserve program by Sheriff John Montgomery.

He also violated the order of protection 4 times, and he was never picked up!!! That piece of paper didn't do a thing. Now him and the chief of police in Gassville are continuing to harass the victims and their family.
