I simply asked what I was pulled over for because I knew damn well he didn't get me speeding. He abruptly answered my question and then pulled me out of the car to stand over his hood on the side of the busy highway.

Karma's a bitch and I hope with all I have this guy gets what's coming to him.

Everything here described fits the description of what type of a person I saw that day.... bad bad example of an officer that is supposed to be working for the people!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11646417.post-76395883879244565012009-02-08T22:57:00.000-08:002009-02-08T22:57:00.000-08:00Yeah... And then the woman stands there in brown polyblend telling her command that her husband really will kill her and they say things like, " I know him from working with him, I wouldn't worry" and give you a little pat on the back and a shake of the head that means you are just a hysterical woman. Once it's ignored once, the rest of the department backs it up. Oh... On the bright side if you aren't sworn, you probably just get totally ignored instead of the "you know better than to report this" lecture...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11646417.post-11361618187587737432009-02-07T23:12:00.000-08:002009-02-07T23:12:00.000-08:00Dallas police officer given 10-day suspension over...Dallas police officer given 10-day suspension over girlfriend's assault
Dallas Morning News, TX
Jan 16, 2009

Officer Michael Yarbrough received a 10-day suspension during a hearing on Thursday.

In October, Yarbrough was ordered to serve three months of unsupervised deferred adjudication probation and to attend anger management class. He pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor charge.

His girlfriend, Officer Erin Kaschalk, told police in February 2008 that Yarbrough returned to their North Dallas apartment early one morning and accused her of sleeping with another man. She told police that he punched her in the mouth, splitting her lip.

Yarbrough, an 11-year veteran, originally faced a Class A misdemeanor family violence assault charge, but that charge was reduced to a Class C misdemeanor with no finding of family violence.

http://crimeblog.dallasnews.com/archives/2009/01/dallas-police-officer-given-10.htmlAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
