She was born in Poughkeepsie, New York on June 9, 1964 to Dennis and Helen Lee.
As a child Lynn and her family moved from New York to California but Lynn was always a New Yorker at heart.
Lynn married David A. Blake on March 28, 1988. They were together for 7 years. She cherished her children and grandchildren. They were her life. Lynn’s cell phone was filled with pictures of her grandchildren and she was always showing them to her friends and strangers wherever she went. She was such a proud grandma!
Lynn was a true football fan. Her favorite team was the New York Giants. She also loved cheering for our BSU Broncos. Lynn enjoyed riding her Harley Davidson. Her heart and smile were bigger than life. She was the kindest person that would do anything for you.
Lynn is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Lynn; her grandchildren Ian Lucas “THE GRANDMA’S GUY”, and Emma Lynn “THE GRANDMA’S PRINCESS”; her mother, Helen Lee (Sequim, WA); Lisa Cline, soulmate, best friend and the love of Lynn’s life; sister Karen Ann and brother-in-law, Kevin (Alaska); brother, Dave Lee (San Jose, CA); Miss V; sister Peg; sister, Duffy and brother-in-law, Al; brother, David and sister-in-law, Coleen; daughter-in-law Kaila; nieces and nephews: Christin Ann, Alicia Ann, David, Corey, Sarah, Zach and Benny; very favorite cousins Tom and John, numerous other favorite cousins, and her son, Michael Lee. Lynn was preceded in death by her father Dennis Lee and brother, James Robert Lee.
We would like to thank friends, neighbors, and the community for their outpouring of love, prayers and support. Additionally, we thank the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Ada County Paramedics, and St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center (Boise and Eagle) for their outstanding work.
Lynn loved animals and she and Lisa were planning a trip to Africa this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the San Diego Zoo. www.sandiegozoo.org in Lynn Blake’s name.
A viewing for friends and family will be held on Sunday, from 5-7 pm. The funeral will be on Monday at 11 am. Both the viewing and funeral will be held at Summers Funeral Home, Boise Chapel, 1205 W. Bannock Street, Boise. All attending are encouraged to wear their favorite New York Giants or BSU Bronco attire.
You are my sunshine my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are gray, you never know dear how much I love you, please don’t take my sunshine away.
As Lynn always said, “I LOVE YOUR FACE!” Lynn, we miss you so much and you are in our hearts forever.
By the way, my love, “O”.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
