[TX] SAPD Officer Sepanski arrested for arm-choking wife

Yesterday San Antonio Police Officer Michael Sepanski was arrested for family violence after his wife - with visible injuries - told responding Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies that Sepanski used his forearm to restrict her airway and interrupt her breathing. He initially fled the home. He's on admin leave. [Google him here]
