SBI INVESTIGATING DEATHS OF FAYETTEVILLE POLICE OFFICER AND WIFE AS A MURDER-SUICIDE
According to the preliminary autopsy report from the medical examiner's office, Mrs. [Yenitza] Arroyo-Tavarez died due to multiple gunshot wounds and Mr. [Fayetteville Police Officer Domingo] Tavarez-Rodriguez died from a single gunshot wound.
