[NC] Officer Robert Willis arrested for domestic violence & "dismissed"

A Southport police officer has turned himself in for domestic charges filed against him. Corporal Robert Willis was arrested Saturday. The 37-year-old has been dismissed from his current position. He served as a routine officer at the Southport Police Department for five years.
