From the news today: "...Ten felony charges were filed by the county attorney's office against Art Henderson of Highland, who was fired from the Lehi Police Department in 2004. Art Henderson faces five attempted aggravated murder counts in addition to aggravated assault, criminal mischief domestic violence and unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle counts related to the Jan. 27 incident. Alternative counts of attempted murder and two aggravated assault counts have also been filed for three of the attempted aggravated murder charges..." (More)
