[OH] Imprisoned ex-officer Cutts wants out of his murder conviction

A former Canton police officer convicted of killing his pregnant girlfriend is appealing that verdict. Lawyers for Bobby Cutts, Jr. filed an appeal saying the verdicts in the case were inconsistent and that there wasn't enough evidence to convict Cutts. He is serving a life sentence for the murder of Jessie Davis and their unborn baby [Chloe].
