  1. While a profound advocate against domestic violence, readers should also keep in mind that there are two sides to every incident. Allow the process to play out and do not solely make judgement on initial charges.

  3. Not only was he found not guilty, but the court noted that the allegations were found to be not true.

  4. I wonder why one of the children called 911 in the first place, then? Maybe the wife dropped the charges?

The outcome of this case was very biased and unfair. I am 100% for the police but I know this man very personally. The relationship between him and his ex-wife was very abusive and he does not deserve to be let off the hook.

    1. The repeated PATTERN on the website is that the charges are dropped, purged, or recanted. The court system, including the judge and the prosecutor who should be representing the alleged victim, are often working with the cop and defense attorney to save his career, repay his law enforcement service to the community, or maintain the NECESSARY prosecutor-local police relationship that supports most court prosecutions.

    1. Isn't it curious how the newspapers reported the beginnings of the case and then nothing on the outcome? Not sensational enough when it turns out the allegations are unfounded.

  8. This entire criminal proceeding was bought and paid for. The attorney's # can be found in the men's room of the precinct probably. AND, the DA passed the case onto a newbie understudy once the fix was in. Those of you saying "He was found not guilty" and "untrue allegations" are trolls to this page. Hell, it could be him posting that crap. BTW- He's engaged to his next victim now, so I guess we'll just hope for the best for her. Should be mentioned that none of his children want any contact with him anymore.
