[WA] Father of slain police chief's wife, Lane Judson, keynote speaker at DVSAS luncheon

Bellingham WA - On Friday, April 30, Lane Judson, father of Crystal Judson (Brame) who was murdered by her Tacoma police chief husband, will be the keynote address at the DVSAS Victory Over Violence luncheon. He will discuss the tragedy that forever changed their lives and the work he and his wife Patty have done in keeping their promise to Crystal. DVSAS will also present the Kathleen Marshall Award at VOV to a an individual who has gone above and beyond their scope of duty to support victims of domestic violence and sexual assault...
