New Orleans Police Officer Marshall Scallan and his girlfriend Heather Davis were arrested this month for domestic battery. Heather's eye was swollen and she said that she had been punched in the face by Scallan with a closed fist. Scallan said Davis grabbed him by his throat and he had scratches on his neck. He was placed on emergency suspension.
