[Excerpts] A part-time Daytona Beach police officer was arrested today, accused of improperly using her ex-husband's personal information. April D. Kelley, 37, faces two felony charges, one each of criminal use of personal information and making a false statement in reference to vehicle title/tag information, according to her arrest affidavit. Kelley had been on unpaid administrative leave prior to her arrest, according to Daytona Beach police spokesman Jimmie Flynt... Kelley and her [police officer] ex-husband were divorced in 2010, and Kelley was awarded the couple's 2001 Chevy Silverado truck... When the truck was photographed running red lights on two occasions after the divorce, notices were sent to the ex-husband, who was still listed as the registered owner...
