[Excerpts] A Montgomery County police officer has been ordered to stay away from his wife and children - for a second time - after his estranged wife says he threatened her with a gun and pointed a Taser at their 4-year-old daughter. The court ruled that Geiler needed protection after Phillips "called [Geiler] and told her that he was going to kill her and the parties' unborn baby"... "Phillips has a history of violence," the document continued. Geiler, who works in the New Media and Web Policy department at the National Institutes of Health, says Phillips "has put me in handcuffs in the kitchen in front of my daughters [and] I would cry and ask - beg him to stop. He always laughed"... [Full article here]
