Philadelphia Police officer Dwayne Carter, accused of assaulting his wife, was arrested on multiple domestic violence assault charges last Friday. After an internal affairs investigation Carter was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment. Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey has ordered that Carter be fired.
