Carlisle Sentinel, PA
November 10, 2008
A state trooper assigned to the Bureau of Forensic Services in Harrisburg has been cited for harassment, according to state police internal affairs. Investigators said Tpr. Todd Neumyer, 40, of Harrisburg, was involved in a domestic dispute with his wife on June 4 at their home in the 4800 block of Springtop Drive in Lower Paxton Township. Neumyer, who was not on duty at the time of the 1:10 a.m. incident, engaged in a verbal argument and at one point grabbed his wife and shoved her to the floor, a police report said. A citation was filed today before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Lindsey. Neumyer has been placed on restricted duty by state police, pending resolution of the citation.
