[TN] Deputy Seivwright blames his final choice on co-workers: "to all that listen or care"...

Ian Seivwright had some business to take care of before he pulled the trigger. The 29-year-old deputy with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office wrote a four-page, single-spaced letter Wednesday addressed "to all that listen or care"...

[Excerpts] Ian Seivwright had some business to take care of before he pulled the trigger. The 29-year-old deputy with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office wrote a four-page, single-spaced letter Wednesday addressed "to all that listen or care," accusing superiors of misconduct and the sheriff's office of looking the other way and describing his frustrations at home and his love for his family. Seivwright also alleged sexual misconduct by a sergeant and that he and other deputies concealed that sergeant's participation in the aftermath of a 2006 incident in which a deputy shot a deer while on duty... Seivwright also expressed his frustration with Sheriff Mark Luttrell, whom Seivwright said failed to help him with some of his allegations and instead "made it go away"... Before signing off on his final letter, Seivwright, a deputy since 2006, sent love to his family and wrote, "I hold the Shelby County Sheriff's Office responsible for what has happened"...
