KTLA.COM COMMENT:

MCCLAIN ARREST
What is the definition of "stable Condition"? Breathing and with a heart beat? Well, I can tell you as one of the family members of the victim, he is far from being in stable condition!!!!! McClain deserves no pay and should be terminated immediately. As for his wife, she needs to be questioned exstensively!!!!! Where were the McClain's children when all of this was going on???? I think there is a whole lot more to this story. My cousin has suffered life altering injuries due to this situation. I pray he will overcome this and that the court will find justice for my cousin.
