[Excerpts] A Titusville police officer was arrested Wednesday in Alachua County on stalking and other charges. Adam Treinen faces several charges, including stalking, cyberstalking, accessing a computer without authority, making a false statement and falsifying an official document. According to University of Florida police, Treinen used his authority as an officer to harass, secure information and alter a computer account in connection with his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend, a student at the university. Records indicated the warrant for Treinen's arrest stems from an incident that occurred Sept. 9 in which he breached the university's computer network and altered personal account information.
