Video info not revealed in the below article:

Desk Anchor: "Kenneth this is not the first time this deputy has been accused of abuse?"

Reporter Kenneth Moton: "No it's not Nancy. We have spent the evening digging into Deputy Gary French's background... because her children were in the home, the deputy's ex-wife found out about the incident and called police. We uncovered in 2008 she filed a domestic violence injunction against him. And TEN YEARS AGO, BEFORE HE BECAME A DEPUTY, FRENCH PLED GUILTY TO BATTERY. But adjudication was withheld, which means he was never convicted... Mount Dora Police say they didn't arrest French because his wife didn't want to press charges, and there was insufficient evidence. This week the State Attorney's Office decided not to prosecute for the same reasons... Because of the LAW the Lakes County Sheriff's office couldn't provide any details about what happened inside this complex, or even confrim French's name, but the agency says it has strict policies on how to deal with domestic violence."

Mount Dora police say about two weeks ago, Deputy French and his wife, who is a sheriff's office dispatcher were arguing. A report says she knew threatening to take away his Play Station 3 would make him angry. But when she touched it, he grabbed her by the neck, put her in a choke hold and lifted her away from the PS3... The deputy's ex-wife found out about the incident and called police. Officers say they didn't arrest the man because his wife didn't want to press charges and there was insufficient evidence... This week, the State Attorney's Office decided not to prosecute for the same reasons French wasn't arrested. [Full article here]

b.) No matter what I post or say, things stay the same, or

    c.) Both of the above.
