[TN] Deputy Johnson accused of domestic armed threats and assault of girlfriend

[Excerpts] Chattanooga Police responded to a domestic assault call late Monday night involving Hamilton County Sheriff’s Deputy Robert Johnson... When officers arrived, they spoke with the victim, [CZ], who stated that she was held against her will inside Johnson’s apartment, and when she tried to leave he dragged her back into the apartment by her hair. He then put a gun to her head and threatened to kill her... choked and bitten by him... Johnson was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail where he was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and kidnapping. Ms. Zeppa was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. [Full article here]
