[Excerpt] A former special agent for the Illinois State Police has been arrested and held on a $10,000 bond following a standoff Wednesday morning at his apartment in Gibson City. Bradley J. Cluver, 50, was taken into custody on felony charges of aggravated assault on a peace officer... Police also seized two guns along with substantial ammunition... Officers from Gibson City, Paxton, Piper City, the Ford County Sheriff's Department and the Champaign SWAT Team arrived at the apartment after a Gibson City officer responded to a domestic disturbance call from a woman in Cluver's apartment...
