I find it very elitist of the government, who is paid for by the people, to tell the people that we have no right to know the facts surrounding this officer's pending charges. They have no problem yelling from the highest mountain if it is one of the lowly citizens. History tells us that what they do is train these people, give then a gun and a badge and then unleash them on the unsuspecting people. Then if there is a problem we are told we can't know what that problem is. My goodness! I guess I must be as stupid as they tell me I am.
