POLICE: FBI AGENT IN CROWNSVILLE MURDER-SUICIDE HAD NO HISTORY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

[Excerpts] ...54-year-old David Raynor, an FBI veteran of 22 years, stabbed his estranged wife, Donna Fisher, before ending his life with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Baltimore officially ruled Fisher’s death a homicide and Raynor’s death a suicide Thursday... Raynor and Fisher, whose bodies were found near Fisher’s Crownsville home, were embroiled in a divorce and custody case underway this week... Raynor owned “firearms and ammunition believed to be in excess of 125 guns, rifles, grenade launchers and the like”... [Excerpts] ...The Anne Arundel County Police Department said it responded to a domestic assault in the 500 block of Arundel Boulevard in Crownsville at about 8 a.m. Authorities said the 911 caller stated a woman asked that they alert police because her estranged husband, identified later by officials as 52-year-old [FBI Special Agent] David Raynor, had threatened her... When officers arrived at the scene they said the woman, identified as 54-year-old Donna Fisher, was found suffering from stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. [Excerpts] It is with heavy heart and deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear sister, mother, and friend Donna Lynn Fisher.
