[TX] Officer Lee has shot and killed his brother, Deputy Lee

Stagecoach Texas Police Officer Robert Lee was arrested Saturday for the shooting death of his brother Harris County Deputy Rocky Lee. He said he thought it was a burglar and shot five times. Rocky Lee was a 26-year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers are investigating. [Follow up on Google here]
