Lancaster Mayor Rick Gray then said, "Police officers are human beings. From time to time, people do things that are inappropriate."Yesterday news says he's pleading guilty to indecent assault, fined $300, on probation for 2 years, to undergo a drug & alcohol evaluation, and a sex-offender evaluation.
There was no mention of his former girlfriend who had a protection order against him - his on-duty sexual and physical attacks against her, or the fact that his department opted to not even investigate it.
Last year Chief John Rochat said, "I'm unaware of anything of a criminal nature which occurred in Millersville. We are not currently conducting any additional investigations."
He has resigned, his department says, in the last few months.
