[Excerpts] An Idaho State Police officer was arrested over the weekend after his wife filed a domestic violence report... Colin Patrick Bonner was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of misdemeanor assault after Bonner's wife called police in Meridian at about 5:30 a.m. Sunday. Officers met the woman at the hospital, where she said she and her husband fought at their house the night before. She had visible injuries... Bonner was interviewed at his house and police said they had enough probable cause to arrest him. He can't be released from jail until he appears before a judge. Bonner is a sergeant...
