[Excerpts]Kingston Police Chief Joseph Rebello has confirmed a Kingston police officer was arrested on domestic assault charges over the weekend. The officer, identified as 43-year-old Michael Wager, a 16-year law enforcement member, was arrested Sunday night and arraigned on Monday morning on domestic assault charges... Officer Wager, while still employed by the town of Kingston, has been placed on administrative leave... The domestic assault case originated out of Plymouth... This isn't the first time he's been arrested for domestic assault. He was arrested summer 2004 for assaulting his previous wife, but the charges were dropped for some reason or another.
