[OH] If the police chief is for Struthers Officer Richard Craig, who is protecting his wife's family?

...He threatened to kill members of her family with his AK-47, she told police, and he indicated he “would do it in front of her so she would have to watch it.” Craig’s wife left the house and went to a relative’s, where her husband contacted her on her cell phone and threatened to “put a bullet in [the relative’s] head,” the report says... [Police Chief Tim] Roddy said last week that there were no restrictions for Craig in coming back to work...

The last I collected on this was in October. I was waiting before I posted but now I'm not sure what there is to wait for. Sanity? Professionalism? Mass murder and mahem? This couldn't be much more lethal. How are people doing with him patrolling the streets in Struthers?

Craig was required to attend the counseling... Roddy said last week that there were no restrictions for Craig in coming back to work. “He just has to follow the recommendations of the doctor,” Roddy said. 1. i am a totally and permanently physically disabled 67 year old man. i was informed by social security in february of 2005 that i was to begin receiving s.s.i. payments for the disability. in oct. of 2004 i was informed by the v.a. medical center that i had moderate degeneration of both hips. After craig's assault against me i had to go to the hospital where i was informed that i then had advanced degeneration of both hips and degrees of degeneration in most other joints in my body.

In dec. of 2008 struthers officer richard craig assaulted me, falsely arrested me and created a false police report. I went to jail. during my trial i was not allowed to present any defense evidence. i was sent to the mahoning county jail medical ward for thiry days and criminal craig continued to be a police officer for struthers.

I was informed by martin leonelli (a person who likes to brag about his organized crime ties) that the "boys" just flexed their muscles to have me put in jail.

Complaints against richard craig disappear, he is able to assault people and get away with it. whenever i see him pass by in his cruiser he gets this smile on his face. Just like a child who gets away with doing something wrong. Rumor has it that he is selling drugs for organized crime.

I believe that something else will eventually happen (another criminal act) that will be worse than anything he has done in the past. Time will tell.

  2. It's brave of you to post here. Take care of yourself. Thank you for sharing what happened to you, and I think you are right. They get cockier the more they are not held accountable.

    1. thank you for saying so but i am just standing up for justice and fairness... i dont fear any of them...
evil should not be feared... it should be destroyed.

and in my opinion diane vettori is just another puppet to say whatever the "boys" want her to say... just because lanzo took himself off the case doesnt mean that the ruling by vettori will be any different then what lanzo would rule... the last time i saw lanzo he pointed his finger at me like he had a gun in his hand and was shooting at me...

in my opinion these people are just low life scum who abuse their positions of power for corruption...

marty leonelli had even stated to me that his cousin nick warino is the head of organized crime in this area...

i hope that someone would be inspired to conduct a through investigation into corruption here in mahoning county ohio... it will probably take years to complete but in the end i am sure that many higher ups will be arrested and their evil acts be brought to light...
