[Excerpts] A Pasco County Fire Rescue battalion chief was arrested Saturday night on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. Albert Dennison, 48, is accused of kicking his 19-year-old son in the groin during an argument, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report states. The father and son pushed and grabbed each other, the report states, but only Dennison was arrested because he was considered the "primary aggressor." Dennison was released on his own recognizance from the Land O' Lakes Jail on Sunday... Because it's not a felony charge, fire officials will not conduct their own investigation and Dennison won't face any disciplinary action. "It's a personal family issue," [Assistant Fire Chief Mike] Ciccarello said. [Full article here]

  1. I can't think of any job more dangerous than fighting fire and smoke. This is a personal family issue, this site loves to drag the people that save our lives through the mud. DV has gone overboard distroying lives on issues like this. Where is their accountability? They have none, now I am scared. This tabloid site prints bias fractional information to serve itself. We need to look into the backgrounds of these people to see what they are actually after. If they are really interseted in helping true victims of DV get out their check books and give money instead of wallowing in self pitty.

  2. Fighting fires doesn't give anyone the right to have their crimes treated any differently. How would a checkbook keep a kid from being kicked in the groin? I'm not arguing, I just don't see how your points are connected. Also please explain why now you are scared. I don't understand but I'm listening - and believe it or not - reasonable.
