[ME] Police Chief Poulin's domestic violence arrest. Where's the victim? Is she okay?

[MAINE] MILO POLICE CHIEF MICHAEL "MIKE" POULIN WAS ARRESTED BY PISCATAQUIS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES FRIDAY NIGHT ON A DOMESTIC ASSAULT CHARGE, POSTED BAIL THE SAME NIGHT, WALKED OUT, DROVE AWAY, AND IS ON PAID LEAVE DURING THE INVESTIGATION. THAT'S ALL THE TOWN AND NEWS ARE SAYING.

IS HIS (ALLEGED) VICTIM OKAY? WAS SHE INJURED? IS SHE SAFE? DID HE HAVE TO TURN IN HIS GUN? IS SHE ABLE TO GET A PROTECTION ORDER? HOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN GOING ON? IS THIS THE FIRST CALL TO THEIR HOME? WHAT KIND OF PRESSURE IS SHE UNDER TO TAKE THE BLAME - TO SAY SHE ATTACKED FIRST, TO SAY SHE LOST HER BALANCE, TOOK TOO MANY PILLS, OR TO ACCUSE THE ARRESTING OFFICERS OF WRITING DOWN SOMETHING THAT SHE NOW CLAIMS TO NOT HAVE SAID. DOES SHE MATTER?

I DON'T KNOW.
I DON'T KNOW.
I DON'T KNOW.

SHE DOES.
THERE IS A PICTURE OF A SMILING MAN WITH THE "MESSAGE FROM THE CHIEF" ON THE MILO POLICE WEBSITE, BUT NOWHERE DOES POULIN'S NAME APPEAR THERE.

EXCERPTS. PLEASE GO TO LINK BELOW TO READ WHOLE PIECE:

After telling one lie after another on the witness stand, Greensboro Police Officer A.J. Blake was convicted of two counts of assault on a female... As he announced the verdict, [Guilford County District Court Judge Joe] Turner said he didn't have any reasonable doubt in his mind that Blake did what he was accused of doing... "Reluctantly and sadly, Mr. Blake, I find you guilty of both charges"... lake's testimony was that his girlfriend had tripped or fallen and he had bent down when Galloway rushed at him in a threatening manne... So according to Galloway, she had watched the verbal fight between Blake and his girlfriend escalate to the point that Blake followed Sanchez into the women's bathroom, and that testimony was undisputed. Then when the two went outside she saw Blake do some kind of karate type kick that knocked Sanchez down. She said she went to the door, and since the couple was fighting right outside the door she didn't have to shout but said loud enough for Blake to hear, "You're not going to do that anymore." Then Blake attacked her by grabbing her by the throat and shoving her back into the club... Blake, for instance, refused to admit under oath that he was extremely intoxicated until Assistant District Attorney Tom Carruthers pointed out to him that he had already given a statement that he was extremely intoxicated... He also admitted that he kicked his girlfriend's car, but not that he used some kind of karate style kick. Officer C.M. Schultheis, who was a witness for the prosecution, said he had seen Blake follow Sanchez into the women's rest room and that when the two left, Blake pushed Sanchez several times, causing her to stumble but not fall... Schultheis said other officers were out in the parking lot and they told Blake that if he didn't calm down he was going to lose his job. At that point, according to Schultheis, Blake took out his wallet, found his police identification card, threw it on the ground and said, "f--- it"... Sanchez admitted she and Blake were having a big fight... She also said that when they left the Police Club that her high heel caught on a piece of wood or something and she twisted her ankle and fell down. According to Sanchez this is when Galloway came out of the building "wailing her arms" in a threatening manner and Blake who was behind Sanchez, put his arm up to protect himself. She said she didn't know if Blake pushed Galloway or not, but that Galloway was close enough to kiss Blake when she looked up... The police officers at the party allowed Blake to leave, even after he had assaulted Sanchez and Galloway. Blake was not questioned that night and was not questioned until Tuesday, Jan. 20. And initially the Police Department charged Blake with assaulting Galloway but not Sanchez.
